Meet the team

The key members of the iTRACK Primary team are:

Philip Beale - iTRACK Primary Business Head 
Philip Beale was one of the founders of LCP in 1993 and has been involved with its development since then. He was made a director of the company in 2009 and, in 2010, took over responsibility for running the iTRACK Primary division. He is committed to making iTRACK Primary the preferred system for assessing pupil performance and attainment in the primary schools sector.

Bryan Stephenson - iTRACK Primary Author and Consultant
Bryan has significant experience in both the education and the IT industry most recently working with Capita Education Services (SIMS) developing e-learning systems. Bryan also has extensive experience of delivering IT training throughout the UK and Europe specialising in database systems.

He also taught in Coventry schools for many years before moving into the IT industry and working with Pete Watts to develop the ITRACK Primary service.

Pete Watts - iTRACK Primary Author and Consultant 
Pete Watts served Coventry Local Authority for many years in secondary, Education Business Partnerships and primary schools.  His most recent position was as Deputy Headteacher at Potters Green School.  Pete has wide experience of IT in education and has undertaken work for BECTA.  

He has recently completed a major study of assessment software in primary schools for Coventry Education Authority. He is the co-author of the ITRACK Primary service with Bryan Stephenson.

Barbara Ramsden - iTRACK Primary Sales Manager
Barbara recently joined LCP from previous roles in Educational Software sales.  She has long experience in providing software solutions to schools and is responsible for ensuring that iTRACK Primary is made available to as wide an audience as possible.

Steve Deeley - iTRACK Primary Technical Support Manager
Steve joined LCP in 2002 and offers technical support to customers for all of LCP's catalogue of products. Steve has been working alongside the programming team since iTRACK Primary went live in September 2008.

Lucy Bush - iTRACK Primary Customer Services Manager
Lucy joined LCP as a member of the Customer Services team over 10 years ago. She has a BTEC GNVQ in Business, which she studied at Warwickshire College, and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years. Lucy is responsible for the initial set up of new iTRACK Primary users and the invoicing process. Lucy is committed to offering a high level of customer service to iTrack Primary users and all other LCP customers.
